This policy explains what personal data is processed when you visit creatorkitreview.com/ or email us, and what rights you have.
Who is responsible
Elias Dahlkvist is the data controller for personal data processed on creatorkitreview.com/. You can reach us at hello@creatorkitreview.com.
What we collect and why
When you visit the site. We don’t use analytics tools, advertising trackers or social media pixels, and we don’t build visitor profiles. Like all websites, the server needs your IP address and basic technical information (browser, requested page, time) to deliver the page and protect the site against attacks. That processing is based on our legitimate interest in running a secure website (GDPR article 6.1 f).
When you email us. We process your email address, name if you give it, and the content of your message so we can answer you. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering questions and correcting errors (article 6.1 f). We keep the correspondence for up to 12 months after the matter is closed, then delete it.
Comments and newsletters. Comments are turned off and we have no newsletter, so we don’t collect data that way.
Hosting
The site is hosted by STRATO GmbH in Berlin, Germany, in data centres in Germany. STRATO processes data on our behalf as a data processor. According to STRATO, full IP addresses in server logs are kept for at most seven days to detect attacks and are then irreversibly anonymised. Anonymised logs are kept for six weeks.
Google Search Console
We use Google Search Console to see how the site appears in Google Search. Search Console shows aggregated data about searches and clicks in Google. It adds no code or cookies to our pages and doesn’t give us information about individual visitors.
Cookies
The site only uses cookies that are strictly necessary. Read more in our cookie policy.
Links to other sites
Articles link to providers’ websites. When you click such a link, the provider’s own privacy policy applies. If an article contains affiliate links (marked “Ad”), the affiliate network or provider may register the click on its own website.
Sharing and transfers
We don’t sell personal data and don’t share it with anyone except our hosting provider as described above. We don’t transfer personal data outside the EU/EEA.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability where applicable. Email hello@creatorkitreview.com to use your rights.
If you think we process your data incorrectly, you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, IMY) at imy.se.
Changes
If we change how we process personal data, for example by adding a tool, we update this page and the date at the top.
